Need a hand with a GOBLINTEK game, including Gobs & Gears? You're in the right place. GOBLINTEK is a one-person studio, so support comes straight from the goblin who built the game. The fastest ways to reach a real human are below.

As a solo studio, replies usually land within a few business days. Discord is often the quickest for a back-and-forth; email is best for anything detailed.


🐛 Report a Bug

Found something broken? Email support@goblintek.dev with "Bug" in the subject. To get it fixed faster, please include:

  • Which game and version you're playing
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen
  • Steps to reproduce it, if you know them
  • Your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • A screenshot or short clip if you can grab one

Even a rough description helps. The more detail, the quicker the goblin can chase it down.


🎮 Purchases & Refunds

Bought a game on Steam? Purchases, receipts, and refunds are handled through Steam directly. You can request a refund from help.steampowered.com, and the standard Steam refund policy applies.

If something about an order looks wrong and Steam can't sort it out, email us and we'll help where we can.
